 Please be advised that prior to showing a homebuyer a property:

(1) We require identification from a prospective homebuyer,

(2) We do require an exclusive broker disclosure agreement before showing property to prospective buyers according to the requirement of NAR. It does not mean that you have to pay your real estate professional out of pocket. You are entitled to negotiate any aspect of the ageement with your real estate professional. Compensation between you and your real estate professional is negotiable and not set by law.

(3) We do require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan or proof of funds in order to show a homebuyer properties.”
